Los Angeles hasn't had an NFL team since 1994, but there's a very good chance that's going to change very soon. Almost a guaranteed chance by the looks of it.

Overnight, three franchises -- the San Diego Chargers, the Oakland Raiders and the St. Louis Rams -- filed their intent to move to the Los Angeles area. The Chargers and Raiders, who are divisional rivals, outlined their joint plan to split the bill on a new stadium in Carson, California that they would each call home. The Rams have proposed building a stadium in Inglewood.

All 32 team owners will meet next week in Houston where they are expected to vote on whether to allow any of the three teams to move. (USA TODAY)
