The Frighteners, Another Awesome Flick For Your Halloween Viewing Pleasure – JP’s Netflix Picks

Before Peter Jackson became internationally renown for his 'Lord of the Rings' trilogy and 'The Hobbit' movies, he made a lot of awesome horror movies. One of those is the Horror / Comedy 'Frighteners' starring the lovable Michael J. Fox. It's available right now on Netflix streaming and I have to tell you it would make a great addition to your Halloween movie marathon!

For a movie that is supposed to be a Horror and Comedy, I have to say that they Jackson leans pretty heavily on the scary. The imagery and story keep things pretty dark, but if you've ever seen Jackson's earlier works than this movie will come as no surprise to you.
