Alexander Imich (left) has been pronounced the oldest man in the world this week. This 111 year-old New York resident now holds the title, but only few know that a Montana man surpassed his lifespan by three full years.
Meet Walter Breuning (right), at one point the world's oldest man. Bruening passed away in 2011 at the age of 114 in Great Falls, Montana.
So, what is their secret? How did both manage to live so long? Considering one is from the slower paced lifestyle of Montana and the other from the largest metropolis in America, there has to be more to their longevity than just the surrounding they chose to reside in.
