Gunfire erupted at a West Hollywood nightclub in the early morning hours of Sunday, Aug. 24, where three people, including former Death Row Records CEO Suge Knight, were hit and taken to the hospital for injuries as a result of the shooting.

According to TMZ, around 1:30AM PT Sunday morning, shots were fired inside the 10AK club where Chris Brown was hosting a party in advance of the MTV Video Music Awards Sunday night.

Knight was reportedly shot in the stomach and arm. Eyewitnesses tell the site that Knight was able to walk outside of the nightclub on his own, but that a cop spotted his injuries and sent him away in an ambulance. TMZ says that Knight is currently undergoing surgery.

Two other people are in the hospital for gunshot wounds with at least one person in critical condition.
