My Taxes Just Went Up [Opinion]

I got my property notice in the mail yesterday. The cost of living at my house is now going to cost me $400 more than it did last year.

I'm just sick of always having to pay more. It is past time to change our system. I don't have any problem paying my fair share. But not everybody pays their fair share in our country.

I will not vote for one single increase in my taxes. Not money for schools. Not for safety levies. Not for new libraries. Not for new baseball stadiums. Not for new bike trails. Not one.

Not one more dollar of mine should go out the window because of a tax increase. Let the people who use the facilities pay for them.
