Kanye West is many of many fortunes and talents, but he is not without regrets, since he is human. Yeezy revealed that which is his biggest regret and no, it has nothing to do with leather sweatpants, Jimmy Kimmel tweets, fighting photogs or calling himself a genius. It's actually much more serious and touching.

While performing at the Feb. 21 stop of his Yeezus tour at Mohegan Sun in Conn., Yeezy, who was pretty much winding down the lengthy road trek promoting his last chart-topping album, delivered an emotional soliloquy from the stage. Now, he is known for his rants, but this one was from the heart.

The rapper said, "These past 10 years have been amazing. There’s been some ups and downs. I made some mistakes and I’ve made some accomplishments. There’s only one thing I regret. There’s only one thing I wish I could change out of everything that’s ever happened. I wish that my mother could’ve met my daughter."

Aw! That's so sweet of him to say.

West's mother Donda, to whom Yeezy was very close, died in November 2007 due to complications sustained during a cosmetic procedure. Mama West had heart disease and was just 58 when she passed away.

After her death, a law was passed in California that requires patients to undergo a physical and receive written clearance from their doctor 30 days prior to elective procedures.

Yeezy's stage statement was such a sweet tribute to his mother -- seriously. We bet that Donda would have fallen completely and totally in love with little North West, who is beyond presh.

Check her out as she is hitching a piggyback ride from dad in the snap below. He's gotta be putty in her hands, even with the drool on her sleeve. Adorbs!
