Jaime King Shares First Photos of Baby James Knight

The world has waited nearly two months to get the first peek at Jamie King and husband Kyle Newman's baby son -- but, boy, was the wait worth it!

In his first public photos, newborn James Knight Newman is beyond adorable, all bundled up for the cold and with wide eyes taking in everything around him. The 'Hart of Dixie' actress posted the image Monday (Dec. 2) on Instagram.

"Welcome to the world our son James Knight Newman!" Jaime wrote in the picture's caption. "@kyle_newman and I have been filled with joy since we have been blessed with his birth. We love you!"

She posted another crazy cute shot today (Dec. 4), with the note, "Peek-a-boo baby!"

Same big beautiful eyes, but this time we also get look at his fuzzy full head of hair!

King and producer-director Newman, who were wed in 2007, welcomed their son on Oct. 6. Not only was he lucky enough to born into a celebrity family -- he also has celebrity godparents!

Friends Jessica Alba and Topher Grace were chosen for the honor, as Jaime also shared on Instagram:

"So grateful for our baby #JamesKnight to have such loving God Parents," she wrote. "God Mother @jessicaalba God Father @TopherGrace. Thank you for being there for us and the love of our lives."
