The ALS Challenge is sweeping the nation and I took part in it today, I am a little cold but I want you to join me. It's for a great cause.

It is pretty simple, either donate money to www.als.org or get a bucket of ice water dumped on you. That is what the ALS ice bucket challenge is. A fun way to laugh and also raise money for a great cause. Maybe get your boss involved, or friends and neighbors.
