There is a city in America who's average age is 11 years-old. I kid you not. It's like some "Lord of the Flies" experiment or something...

According to a recent Census data study, the YOUNGEST area in New York is a town called Kiryas Joel where the average age is 11.4.

Kiryas Joel is home to many very strict Hasidic Jews that marry young and have MASSIVE families. Lakewood, New Jersey comes in 2nd youngest, with an average age of 19.

Numerous college towns made the list as the youngest places in their state . . . including the homes of UConn, Purdue, UMass, University of California Santa Barbara, University of Central Florida, Miami University of Ohio, Penn State, and Michigan State.

And the same goes for Montana. Our college town of Bozeman is home to the youngest in our state with an average age of 26.
