More good news, Sheerios! Ed Sheeran continued his rollout of music with a new song, 'The Man.'

The latest offering has a completely different sound than the piano-heavy 'Afire Love' or the melancholic 'Bloodstream.' For one, Ed is rapping again, throwing down slick verses with ease.

In 'The Man,' Ed starts off by admitting, 'I don't want to hate you,' but it's clear the singer has some things to get off his chest.

"I'm just disgusted with the skeletons you sleep with in your closet to get back at me / Trapped and I'm lacking sleep," he says.

He goes on to detail the sad ending of a relationship, rapping, "Tragically, our love just lost the will to live / Would I'd kill to give it one more shot? / I think not."

Ed's at the top of his lyrical game with 'The Man,' telling an emotional narrative in the vein of his BFF, Taylor Swift. The strong rhythm that resonates throughout the track gives an unexpected, but very cool, spin to the song.
