Day Two of The 2014 Freezin For a Reason With Livin’ Large Larry
Day two of Freezin For a Reason starts out with a wind chill of -35. Half the night was spent in our mobile studio. Had some challenges with the small heater keeping up with the overnight lows. Many listeners stopped by early during the Billings Morning News to donate out at Stockman Bank parking lot on King Avenue West.Rich and Richard from Rich’s Flooring committed to $3500 for flooring needs for the Women and Families Shelter Adopt A Room program through Montana Rescue Mission. They will team up with Pierce Flooring on the refurbishing part of the project.
Thanks to all who have come out for a freeze with me. Even my Chiroprator, Dr. Jeff and Kim and their girls stopped by with a cash donation and card!
Former homeless in Billings, now an advocate for homelessness, Mitch stopped by with some inspirational stories.
Thank you for your support during the 5th Freezin For A Reason going on until 5 p.m. February 7th.
