Forget coffee and a doughnut. Now you can get the caffeine IN your doughnut. Yep, caffeinated flour is now a thing. Since sugar in the doughnut isn't enough of a rush. 

Brandeis University professor Daniel Perlman has patented coffee flour, which will allow baked goods to give you the same caffeinated kick as a few cups of coffee. (Mashable).

I could see this being dangerous in many forms of baking...
