Chris Brown may be behind bars, but he is still releasing new music. The controversial singer just debuted the official music video for his explicit song, 'Loyal,' featuring Lil Wayne and Tyga (and one random cameo appearance by Usher.) In the vid, Brown shows off his highly impressive dance moves -- and some old-school fashion.

Brown appears to have revisited the '90s in the video, donning several decades-old pieces in the shoot. For half of the video, he is wearing a red-and-black checkered, flannel shirt around his waist (if that doesn't scream '90s, we don't know what does.) And in the other half, he is rocking a multi-colored bucket hat that definitely brings us back to our childhood. Still, if you ignore the semi-odd fashion choices (Usher appears wearing an elaborate fur hat as he rides up an escalator with Brown), the music video is actually quite impressive, especially when you consider it was directed by Chris Brown himself.

And moreso, if you put aside Brown's clear anger management issues and his (frequent) legal troubles, what you see is an extremely talented singer/dancer and charismatic artist. That is the Chris Brown we want to see more of -- and we hope that his upcoming album, 'X,' will help keep him focused on his music and career, rather than his seemingly endless legal woes.
