Good news for Amanda Bynes: she may be off the hook in her bong-throwing case.

Bynes was arrested in May 2013 for allegedly hurling a bong out of the window of her New York City apartment, but she may not have to worry about that anymore. (Goodness knows she's got enough to worry about otherwise.) Page Six reports that Bynes' attorneys met up in a Manhattan court on Friday to work out a no-jail plea deal for the onetime Nickelodeon actress.

If Bynes keeps her nose clean for six months, prosecutors agreed to dismiss the charges, which included tampering with evidence (a felony), reckless endangerment and possession of marijuana.

Good news for Bynes seemed like an impossibility until she finally got help for her myriad mental health issues, but she seems to be on the right path now. The 'She's the Man' starlet completed a six-month inpatient rehab program in November 2013 and is receiving treatment for schizophrenia and bi-polar disorder. And on top of all that, her taste in wigs is drastically improving. You go, girl!
